Five Tibetan – Incredible Results For Health, Vitality And Better Looks With Little Time And Effort

Hey Nina here,

If you're looking for the best way to regain youthful looks, health, vitality, want to loose some body fat and you don't have much time or money to do it, then I'm glad you've found this website about Five Tibetan and I strongly suggest you keep reading…

Because this is my uncensored story about how I found an appropriate exercise for me. The ups, the downs, stuff that didn't work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my personal goal of loosing some body fat, strengthening muscles and being more healthy & fit.

Clik here to see the book that helped me to be more healthy, balanced and fit with little time and effort.

Before I started exercising I often felt tired and stressed out. I had problems with my digestion and I also wanted to lose some weight I gained during my pregnancy. The kids often got sick when they started going to kindergarten and I got a lot of their viruses, too. I was exhausted and sick and tired of if. I wanted to do something about it but didn't know what.

I tried a lot of different things but couldn't find the right one for me, because they were all too time consuming. I love jogging with my friend, and we've done it a couple of times, but then there was always something that came in between us. Either my kids were sick, my husband had to work late hours or we felt too tired and were happy to call it off. Before I got kids, I loved to go hiking, but now it's no way I can afford 2 or 3 hours twice a week to do it. Going to gym sucked. I tried with the exercises, specifically designed for tummy, bottom and tights, but unfortunately they didn't work either.

It was at that point that my colleague told me about Five Tibetan, also called Tibetan rejuvenation rites or five Tibetan exercises. I found them interesting and started to practise the 5 rites. With the emphasis on the persistence, not the number of the repetition no re the accuracy of the performance. I just did Tibetan rites the way I thought it was best.

It was a good start, because at least I was doing something and I did it on a daily basis. But the true and visible effect only came when I started to practice the five rites according to a certain book, Supercharge Your Energy with Five Secret Tibetan Rejuvenation Rites by Chet Day (his annotation of the book The Eye of Revelation by Peter Kelder). I just couldn't believe how well it worked for me.

Slowly but remarkably I felt more energy, I needed less sleep, even my friends noticed my slimmer tummy & tights, I could better deal with stress.

I can say now that I captured the performance of Five Tibetan. The only thing that bugged me for a while was that the Chet Day, in his bonus files, gave even too much of good advice for me, all of which I could not possibly accomplish. But, as the writer claims himself: “Is it possible to consider all the recommendations, you might ask? … even if you only make gradual improvements, you will notice improved health and attitude.” And that’s just what I did.

But, if we want to lose weight, we have to be aware of the overeating problem – if we’ll eat too much even of ‘good’ food, we won’t be able to lose weight. The Tibetans assumed that if eating one type of food at the time we won’t have the cravings to eat too much.

Another thing has to be said about these exercises – no matter how simple they are, you still have to perform Five Tibetan Rites. And you have to persist doing them.

To conclude, this is a book that I want to have in my home. It is a book that I read several times and it still added new information and beneficial value to my life. I enjoyed the reading as I enjoy practicing Tibetan five rites and, most importantly, I started to fully enjoy my life!

Mark, that this is my personal story. Click here to see the official page of the book if you are interested.

The Five Rites – My Personal Advice

Let me tell you about a funny anecdote that has happened to me after I started to practice five Tibetan. We live in a relatively small flat and they only take me 10 minutes daily to perform, but still everybody was searching for me in that time. My two kids were asking my husband where I have gone to, but he couldn't tell – I, of course, was in a room besides them doing the five Tibetan. All I did was: I slightly changed my morning routine and they felt that I had completely vanished for them. Funny, isn't it? It makes me think how our routine has much stronger impact on our life and the lives of others than we can comprehend.

Also, when you’ll start to practice, decide that for yourself. Don’t try and force your partners and/or relatives to do the five rites, don’t be too pushy with trying to help them with these exercises. Decide to do the exercises by yourself. If you’ll rely on somebody else, you’ll most likely start using her/him as an excuse not to do them … It is you, who has to decide to take this 10 minutes daily for yourself and to actually do the exercises. Of course you can spread the word about the positive effects, but then the interest has to come from their side. As colonel Bradford says it in his book: “When you are ready for more information, the teacher will appear.”

Don’t include your kids in your routine. This 10 minutes a day are meant to be for you! Don’t feel guilty for taking 10 minutes a day for yourself. You know how it goes with small kids: one day they’ll be enthusiastic, another day they won’t feel like doing it. If you have more than one child, probably one will want to exercise and the other won’t, than most probably one will get jealous … Does this sound like 10 minutes for your relaxation? Again, I’m not telling you not to give your knowledge to your kids, but to exercise with your kids after you have done your 5 Tibetans.

The Five Tibetans Rites – Useful Tips To Help You Start Practicing

The most important thing that is always emphasized when starting to practice Five Tibetan Rites is that you have to perform each exercise without force or strain. The number of repetition is less important than the fact that we do it on a daily basis.

The best time to perform Tibetan yoga is in the morning before the breakfast. We can drink a glass of pure, not too cold watter. The Tibetan Rites include respiratory exercise and are also perceived as meditation in motion.

In the first week you make only 3 repetition of the Tibetan Rite and then add 2 additional repetitions per week. The goal is 21 repetition of 5 rites, but you can make a lot less and still feel the benefits. Persistence is more important than strain. It took me almost a year, actually, to reach full 21 repetitions.

Practitioners claim that regular practice of 5 Tibetan Rites brings several benefits: they oxygenate and help us to detox our body: they strengthen our immune system. Five Tibetans rites stimulate our lymph system: help us to get slimmer! They enhance muscle tone and also bone mass: very important for all women over 50 who fear osteoporosis. They normalize hormonal imbalance in the body: a gift for women of all ages. Five Tibetan balance our energy centres, increase our physical strength, support healthy mental patterns and inner peace.

All of that has worked and is still working for me. I took Tibetan exercises as a part of my live, the same as brushing my teeth or showering. And I intend to keep on …
