Hey Nina here,
If you're looking for the best way to regain youthful looks, health, vitality, want to loose some body fat and you don't have much time or money to do it, then I'm glad you've found this website about Five Tibetan and I strongly suggest you keep reading…
Because this is my uncensored story about how I found an appropriate exercise for me. The ups, the downs, stuff that didn't work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my personal goal of loosing some body fat, strengthening muscles and being more healthy & fit.
Before I started exercising I often felt tired and stressed out. I had problems with my digestion and I also wanted to lose some weight I gained during my pregnancy. The kids often got sick when they started going to kindergarten and I got a lot of their viruses, too. I was exhausted and sick and tired of if. I wanted to do something about it but didn't know what.
I tried a lot of different things but couldn't find the right one for me, because they were all too time consuming. I love jogging with my friend, and we've done it a couple of times, but then there was always something that came in between us. Either my kids were sick, my husband had to work late hours or we felt too tired and were happy to call it off. Before I got kids, I loved to go hiking, but now it's no way I can afford 2 or 3 hours twice a week to do it. Going to gym sucked. I tried with the exercises, specifically designed for tummy, bottom and tights, but unfortunately they didn't work either.
It was at that point that my colleague told me about Five Tibetan, also called Tibetan rejuvenation rites or five Tibetan exercises. I found them interesting and started to practise the 5 rites. With the emphasis on the persistence, not the number of the repetition no re the accuracy of the performance. I just did Tibetan rites the way I thought it was best.
It was a good start, because at least I was doing something and I did it on a daily basis. But the true and visible effect only came when I started to practice the five rites according to a certain book, Supercharge Your Energy with Five Secret Tibetan Rejuvenation Rites by Chet Day (his annotation of the book The Eye of Revelation by Peter Kelder). I just couldn't believe how well it worked for me.
Slowly but remarkably I felt more energy, I needed less sleep, even my friends noticed my slimmer tummy & tights, I could better deal with stress.

I can say now that I captured the performance of Five Tibetan. The only thing that bugged me for a while was that the Chet Day, in his bonus files, gave even too much of good advice for me, all of which I could not possibly accomplish. But, as the writer claims himself: “Is it possible to consider all the recommendations, you might ask? … even if you only make gradual improvements, you will notice improved health and attitude.” And that’s just what I did.
But, if we want to lose weight, we have to be aware of the overeating problem – if we’ll eat too much even of ‘good’ food, we won’t be able to lose weight. The Tibetans assumed that if eating one type of food at the time we won’t have the cravings to eat too much.
Another thing has to be said about these exercises – no matter how simple they are, you still have to perform Five Tibetan Rites. And you have to persist doing them.
To conclude, this is a book that I want to have in my home. It is a book that I read several times and it still added new information and beneficial value to my life. I enjoyed the reading as I enjoy practicing Tibetan five rites and, most importantly, I started to fully enjoy my life!
Mark, that this is my personal story. Click here to see the official page of the book if you are interested.
