thanks for checking out my blog, dedicated to Five Tibetan Rites that have improved my life significantly.
Who am I?
I am 36 years old, married and a working mother of two kids.
What I was lacking in my life was some time for myself, and, above all, some exercise. I often felt tired and frustrated but couldn't find an exercise for me because I thought that I don't have the time to do it.
It was clear that something had to be done. But what?
I finally took action when my colleague from work told me about The Five Tibetan Rites. For a while I was practicing by myself, but then I bought a certain guide ebook. Then came the true and visible effect.
I created this page to share my story. Hope you'll find it interesting.
