Good things to know when deciding to start practicing Five Tibetan are:
- Practice them every day and be persistent although gentle with our self.
- Do them gradually, adjust them to our capabilities.
- The most appropriate time for practice is in the morning, when there's no other impulses to distract us.
- Keep in mind the importance of proper breathing
- Start giving more attention to positive thinking.
- Five Tibetan are not recommendable in the period when we get ill or for people with heart diseases. If you have any doubts about your health you should consult your doctor.
